Please keep in mind that our event is taking place during a holiday weekend at the height of leaf-peeping season, so accommodations may fill up quickly. The hotel does not offer room blocks for events, so rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we’re confident there will be enough space for all our guests, we recommend booking your rooms in advance!
